Return Policy If you get the item and you decide you don’t want it, you can return it within 7 days. 7-DAY RETURN POLICY If you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 7 days. If you need to return an item because it’s faulty, or we have done something wrong, You will not be charged. If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind. This must be pre-arranged, and any returns that are not arranged in advance will be rejected. HOW MUCH DO COLLECTIONS COST? If you would like us to collect your return, we can send our dedicated collections team for a €199 charge anywhere in the Italy. (The collection fee will be deducted from your refund.) Our collections team will inspect the product on-site with you to ensure that it meets the criteria. BOOKING YOUR DELIVERY We want to make shopping with us as simple and as stress-free as possible. You will be contacted by our delivery team generally within 5 working days of placing your order. On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window. Once the delivery team arrives they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice. Please inspect the sofa whilst the drivers are there to ensure you are happy with the delivery and the product.
