Return Policy If you get the item and you decide you don’t want it, you can return it within 7 days. 7-DAY RETURN POLICY If you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 7 days. If you would like us to collect your return, we can send our dedicated collections team for a €199 charge anywhere in the Italy. (The collection fee will be deducted from your refund.) Our collections team will inspect the product on-site with you to ensure that it meets the criteria. BOOKING YOUR DELIVERY We want to make shopping with us as simple and as stress-free as possible. You will be contacted by our delivery team generally within 5 working days of placing your order. On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window. Once the delivery team arrives they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice.
