If you would like us to collect your return, we can send our dedicated collections team for a €199 charge anywhere in the Italy. (The collection fee will be deducted from your refund.) On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window. Once the delivery team arrives they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice.
